Fabmet is a company operating in the steel industry since 2008. We manufacture large welded parts and we deal with mechanical machining. Production takes place in the Śląskie Province: in Bytom and Ruda Śląska. We work with local, national, European and non-European companies.
The mission of our company is to transform the client’s concept into reality – “Turning concepts into reality”. We create relationships based on partnership, trust, integrity and openness – these are the basic values that guide us, realizing the most creative concepts and ambitious undertakings.
Having in mind the continuous development and growing needs of the company and our clients, we are constantly expanding our production capabilities, through the expansion of workshops and the purchase of new machinery and equipment. We have welding equipment from manufacturers like FRONIUS, CLOOS, EWM and KEMPPI.
Machining is performed using CNC machines only.
Our company has been successfully implementing large projects from the following sectors so far:
Workshop address:41-909 Bytom ul. Kolonia Zygmunt 31
Workshop address:41-709 Ruda Śląska ul. Chorzowska 60
The main task of this department is technical supervision over successive phases of the production process. Projects and offers are prepared here (performance analysis, costs) as well as full technical documentation needed for proper order execution (material lists, drawings, welding plans and others). The Technological Department also designs production aids to streamline the production process.
Our technologists are constantly improving existing and developing new production solutions. They are also working on our own innovative projects. We use professional software like Solid Edge (for 3D projects) and GstarCAD (for 2D projects).
Currently, the market requires high quality. In order to ensure our customers that the priority of our production is quality, we decided to implement the following standards:
In our Quality Control Department we use the following modern measuring devices from the FARO company:
Both devices can work in tandem, creating a Track Arm system that further increases measurement capabilities.
